Who Is On Your Bus [Finding Joy In The Journey]

“Life is all about finding the people that are your kind of crazy!”

As a kid growing up on a farm I had the luxury of riding the school bus daily. The bus was filled with a cast of characters (from the bookworms to the football players and everyone in between). Fast forward to December 2017 when I once again had the luxury of getting to ride a Guatemala Chicken bus. The ride brought back memories of my childhood and the cast of characters on the bus (same characters just older). In celebration of September and the return of the yellow school bus, I thought it would be fun to have a September Paint and Pour at the Kent Emporium. Mia is currently working on finalizing our school bus painting. Below is a photo from my trip to Guatemala that inspired the painting. Scroll to the end to see a sneak preview of Mia’s work in progress (without the designated animal driver – hahaha). So mark your calendars. Can’t wait for the end of the month to connect with like minded crazy tribe members? Join me at Famous Fossil from 3pm – 5pm on Friday for a pop up Paint and Pour in celebration of the full moon. Bring your own art suppliers and we can sit around, chat and do art stuff.

With Love and Gratitude,

Robin Rosenstiel
I create space for you to listen to your heart and take your next inspired step!

Does your work feel insignificant? Are you struggling to see the bigger picture of your life? These are symptoms of a blocked 6th charka. Learn what external influences block your 6th chakra and what steps you can take to unblock your 6th chakra so that you can reconnect and learn to trust your intuition.

Please bring a personal journal and pen. If you prefer to lay on the floor during the sound meditation, please bring a yoga mat.

A general note about Chakra Health
You are constantly interacting with and responding to the world around you. So are your chakras. Practices that help clear and rebalance the chakras are never a “once and done” activity. Just as you would not expect your body to remain clean forever after one shower, your chakras are not going stay clear forever after one meditation, one yoga, or one Reiki session. On-going energetic self-care plays is essential for overall chakra health and well-being.
