A 3-Ring Circus Filled With Monkeys

“I woke up today and spun the wheel of attitude. Yup! It landed on AGGRAVATED again!”

~Robin Rosenstiel

Aggravated definition: Incited, especially deliberately; annoyed; angered; ticked-off.

Sorry I’m so aggravated, but I suddenly woke up and found myself in the middle of a 3-ring circus filled with monkeys and no ring-leader!

Yes – monkeys! I don’t have any other word to describe it. Monkeys running and throwing others under the bus as a technique to avoid being held responsible for their own actions (or lack of). When I teach about shamanism and the spiral of life, I talk about how life continually re-presents situations from another perspective. And this is one of those “spiral life lesson” situations for me. Historically I would of reacted and shot from the hip in regards to this circus filled with monkeys. However this week I decided to stay neutral and be an observer as I gain perspective and look at the situation from every angle prior to making a decision.

No one can avoid these types of 3-ring circuses when they pop up in your life unexpectantly. So the question to ask yourself is…

How do I react when the 3-ring circus filled with monkeys enters my life unannounced?

P.S. And then I saw the news this AM and was reminded that I’m not alone.

With Love and Gratitude,

A general note about Chakra Health
You are constantly interacting with and responding to the world around you. So are your chakras. Practices that help clear and rebalance the chakras are never a “once and done” activity. Just as you would not expect your body to remain clean forever after one shower, your chakras are not going stay clear forever after one meditation, one yoga, or one Reiki session. On-going energetic self-care plays is essential for overall chakra health and well-being.
