I didn’t even realize that a month had passed since I wrote my last blog until I logged into the Mad Mini software yesterday. June started with an over booked travel schedule (I have no one to blame but myself for this big oops) and all I could keep telling myself was….
What was I thinking?
Once I returned home, I found myself needing some extensive down time to reset and reflect on why I push myself so hard some times. Funny that during this reflection period, I had a lot to say and wanted to write about it in my blog but for what ever reason, the words got all jumbled up in my head every time I sat down to type. So I decided that I truly needed to just stop and let the blog go for a while.
During this time out, I made time every morning to play my crystal harp (often referred to as a soul connection practice – creating a daily practice that connects you to your soul). While playing my harp one day, a thought popped into my head…
Wouldn’t it be great if everyone gave themselves permission to stop, breathe, and reconnect to their soul for a minute.
From that thought, I decided to put out weekly 1 minute sound restoration videos on Thursdays. I call them “Thoughtful Thursday” videos. Because…lets face it we all need to be reminded to give ourselves permission to take a time out. HEART CHAKRA SOUND RESTORATION

Are you ready to re-connect to your heart, your passions, and your dreams? If so, then this workshop is for you. During this workshop, we will be focusing on rebalancing the 4th Chakra – also called the Heart Chakra – which is associated with love, balance, and connection. In this workshop, we will focus on reconnecting to heart based action through a series of grounding exercises, intuitive drawing, and sound meditation. By the end of the workshop you will feel calm, relaxed, and focused.
Please bring a personal journal and pen. If you prefer to lay on the floor during the sound meditation, please bring a yoga mat.
A general note about Chakra Health
You are constantly interacting with and responding to the world around you. So are your chakras. Practices that help clear and rebalance the chakras are never a “once and done” activity. Just as you would not expect your body to remain clean forever after one shower, your chakras are not going stay clear forever after one meditation, one yoga, or one Reiki session. On-going energetic self-care plays is essential for overall chakra health and well-being.
