Seeing With Eyes Wide Open

Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

~Ferris Bueller’s Day Off

Early morning walking is one of my favorite summer activities. It gives me a moment to get out of my head, slow down and reconnect with myself. On these walks I usually ask a question and see how the universe responds. On this walk, I asked the question…

What is my next step?

And these are few of the answers I gathered.turkey-vultures

Use all of your resources combined with your past experience to approach the problem from a different angle.

The importance of fun and play.

I think it is time to take a break from the “go-go-go” energy of the summer and just have some fun!

Do you find yourself getting caught up in the “go-go-go” energy of summer?
What if you walked away from the weekend responsibilities and instead played this weekend?
What does “fun” look like to you?

I would love to hear about how your spent your weekend playing and having fun.
